I'm gonna leave my complaint here too, so other ppl can use it as a template if they want. I used @littleevil0ne.bsky.social's base and made my own observations of why this is ridiculous

Please do not enact the ban on non consensual sex depictions. You are preventing survivors from telling their stories with such restrictions. These types of regulation don't make non consensual sex depictions disappear, they just make artists stop tagging their work in fear of being banned. Therefore making the platform a more unsafe place for those who don't want to see this type of art. Additionally your moderation team currently struggles to differentiate between artistic non sexual nudity and pornographic or sexual content. For example an art that I made of non sexual nudity, depicting different types of penises in a non sexual context, and I myself marked as nonsexual nudity. Was considered not having nudity at all by your moderation, how can a drawing of genitals without clothing be not nudity? I do not trust your moderation to differentiate with any accuracy between consensual and non consensual, endangering all the nsfw creators that built your platform. Another question I have is can we still post historical art with said topics? Like Artemisia Gentileschi's "Suzan and the Elders" or the many statues of Leda and Swan. If yes, what is the difference?
