When we passed the Affordable Care Act, we made historic progress in making health care attainable for working people.

After years of Republicans trying to take that health care away, we cannot give up our fight now, as millions are at risk of losing their premium tax credits and their coverage.

If you have seen your 2026 health care premiums skyrocket, please share your story.

Republicans have refused to extend critical premium tax credits for working families, and now thousands of Coloradans are at risk of losing coverage.

Your story will allow me to shine a light on this crisis.

This week, when Mark and his wife checked their health care premiums for next year, they had quadrupled.

With a history of serious medical issues, Mark’s family cannot go without health insurance & must now figure out how they can afford to pay over $17,000 more for their coverage next year.

I’ve heard from Coloradans across our state who don’t know how they’re going to feed their families this week as President Trump plays politics with their SNAP benefits.

Trump must stop using hunger as a political weapon, follow the law, and fully fund SNAP immediately.

Dave, a father of five in Littleton, is facing a $1,500/month increase to his family’s health insurance plan.

He shared that their budget cannot handle this dramatic increase in coverage costs without radical changes to their family’s daily life.

After a breast cancer diagnosis in 2024, Cyndi relied on her Connect for Health plan for the life-saving treatments and therapies she needed.

Now she's in remission & facing the impossible choice of skipping her annual appointments or paying $1200 more/ month for coverage she can't afford.

Bob's story is the reality for countless Coloradans.

Working families in our state simply cannot afford to pay thousands more every month for health insurance.

I will keep fighting to ensure more Coloradans don’t lose their coverage as a result of this crisis.

The Trump Administration spent $20 billion in taxpayer dollars to prop up Argentina and paved the way for their beef producers to profit at the expense of our own.

I will continue to demand answers from Trump’s appointees for this ridiculous policy and betrayal of Colorado’s ranchers.

Next year, a couple in El Paso County could be forced to pay $950 a month for health insurance.

This is the real cost of Republicans' refusal to negotiate to extend premium health care tax credits for working families.

Coloradans cannot afford it.

Countless Coloradans have a story like Diane Schwindt in Wellington – facing homelessness or worse if they lose their health coverage from skyrocketing premiums.

If Republicans don’t work with Democrats to prevent health care premiums from skyrocketing:

A couple in Jackson County would pay over $1400 a month for health insurance.

There are real costs to Republicans’ refusal to negotiate, and Coloradans cannot afford it.

Up to 100,000 Coloradans could lose their health coverage if ACA premium tax credits aren’t extended.

This is an issue of life and death. Republicans must come to the table now to prevent the loss of this lifeline before it’s too late.

This weekend, I saw the devastation from the recent flooding in Pagosa Springs firsthand.

Thank you to the local leaders working around the clock to keep Southwest Colorado communities safe and push recovery forward.

I’m ready to offer federal assistance in any way I can.

A couple in Garfield County would pay over $1200 a month for health insurance if Republicans allow their premium health care tax credits to expire.

There are real costs to Republicans’ refusal to negotiate, and Coloradans cannot afford it.

After an Enterprise gas line burst last year, nearly 100,000 gallons of spilled gasoline threatened water supplies on Southern Ute Tribal lands.

As clean-up efforts continue, I look forward to the continued work to protect the Animas River and drinking water for local communities.

Coloradans worry their kids won’t be able to live where they grew up due to the lack of affordable housing.

Thanks to the partnership with Durango leaders, we secured $3M in federal funding for the Residence at Durango — a model for the rest of the state in addressing the housing crisis.

Parents across Colorado often tell me they struggle to find affordable childcare.

I was glad to join leaders in La Plata County today to discuss how we meet this challenge and make Colorado the best place to raise a family.

Farmers and ranchers would be among those hit the hardest by skyrocketing premiums if Republicans allow ACA health care tax credits to expire.

Republicans must come to the table to find a way forward.

Our ag producers and their families cannot afford to live without this lifeline.

Coloradans are receiving letters from their health insurance providers stating their premiums will skyrocket if the health care premium tax credits expire.

Time is running out.

Republicans must come to the table now and negotiate with Democrats to preserve this lifeline.

Republicans continuous refusal to negotiate with Democrats means that health care premiums will skyrocket.

A couple in Washington County would pay over $1000 a month for health insurance.

These are the real costs to Republicans’ refusal to negotiate, and Coloradans cannot afford it.
