The 3rd article over at the Wall Street Journal right now. 🙄
Another reason why BlueSky is way better than what we used to call Twitter.

Related. I can't find the original source yet, but it was from a group of historians focused on the presidency. Of course, people are more complicated than 5 categories, but this is a helpful, interesting framework for discussion.

We're from PA but stopped by on the way to Maine last summer to show the kids and landed at the library too! My great grandmother Dora was 1st woman from her state to attend Harvard. Original photo here is great great grandmother and baby in the carriage is my grandmother, soon after she was born.

The Central Library in Seattle was designed by Rem Koolhaas and Joshua Prince-Ramus. Ramus mother told her son about a mandatory meeting for interested architectural firms happening the next day, so he quickly booked a flight and ended up winning the project.

What's the best explanation you've heard for how down-ballot candidates (gov aside) in North Carolina's statewide races outperformed Harris by 5.4%?
In 2012 the differential was 0.8%, in 2016 it was 1.1%, and in 2020 it was 0.9%. Why did nearly 200K vote red for president and not down-ballot?
