Another Benjamin responding here 🙋‍♂️. These boulders are from the earthquake-induced rock-ice avalanche of Huascarán Norte in 1970, in Peru’s Cordillera Blanca. The initial volume of 7.5 Mm³ event traveled 16 km down-valley, destroyed the city of Yungay and killed more than 6000 people.
