Voltron really is in a league of it’s own. If Universal can build something to rival it here in the UK, we are going to be in for a treat!

Went to Thorpe Park yesterday. Relatively quiet seeing as it was a bank holiday in the middle of a school break. Hyperia must have been down for a few hours but I did manage to get on it. Operations were running well. Headed home after 4 hours there - as I’ve said before I’m going off UK parks.

Not a bad haul from today’s Community Day - certainly more than I needed but nowhere near my best. Seemed strange to be hunting two separate Pokémon as apposed to the usual one but it mixed things up a bit. Four more new shiny for the Pokédex so that’s a bonus!

Finally received my Christmas gift from my wife yesterday. Back order of the LEGO Fortnite Battle Bus. Was fun to build yesterday - so much detail in it!

Been a while since I got first place on two showcases in Pokémon Go - pretty happy with that. Currently at 38/100 for the platinum medal, progress is being made. Focusing on this medal in 2025 💪🏼

Luke absolutely dominated in that final and it was a joy to watch. Feel gutted for Michael but I think the better player won.

This last level up challenge is gonna be the blight of my gameplay. I’m glad I need more than just XP for levels 41 through 50, but lucky trades are never fun. Over 70 lucky friends and 80% are in different countries 😞 #PokémonGO

Gwazi was great back in its day and Iron Gwazi is still amazing now however it has some tough competition in Florida, but I still have so many fond memories with it. For me it is definitely top three, but I’d personally place Mako and Cheetah Hunt higher.

There is something very therapeutic about building Lego.

There is something very therapeutic about building Lego.
Up and out at 7am to take the dog on a lovely 2 mile walk. So great having the leaves underfoot on a nice crisp morning, especially as he was chasing his ball skidding around all over the place.

Mad to think I started this years theme park season at the opening day for Alton Towers for the unveiling of Nemesis Reborn, and ended with the last day of the season at Thorpe Park. Hyperia is up there as one of my favourite coasters of all time!
