Nice to hear there are people like this anywhere, much less in political life.
I’ll say this, I’ve had the chance to meet Cory Booker a few times over the years, and one of the first *he came to my office* to meet with us, when he had no reason to, just to listen. A sign of his humility and genuine willingness to engage. I don’t always agree, but he will fight. That matters.
