@judgeluttig.bsky.social could states refuse to put DJT on the ballot on the basis of ineligibility? Could states/ citizens/DNC get a declaratory judgment to that effect? Would this Supreme Court allow him on ballots - this seems more straightforward than Colo case was. @marcelias.bsky.social
