Colorado again leads the way in the teacher pay penalty. What's that? It's the gap between weekly wages of teachers and college graduates working in other professions. This is one of the reasons Colorado needs a graduated income tax - to raise revenue so we can pay teachers fairly. bit.ly/46XBatk
