I use a vivitar capture card bought for like 30$ cad at Walmart. It looks great, works great, if there's input delay i haven't noticed.
There's also little set up, just plug it in to your USB, link you console and add the audio/video scenes in obs.
It works with anything with a hdmi output.

The tax stuff was easier than my anxiety made it out to be and I am thoroughly disappointed in myself for putting it off so long.
Also, 10k steps on a treadmill with an incline is a lot harder of a workout than 10k on flat ground lmao
