Death Star with cross section of a trillion compartments full of little dudes living their evil lego lives - mesmerising (tiny shaft in trench where you can blow it up not visible!!)

(there was also an Imperial starship with cross section done similarly but pics didn’t come out)

do people know that Royal Botanical Gardens Vic has a Cranbourne campus? I did not but now I do!! It’s huge, focused on Australian plants, designed by architects so sometimes a bit like corporate office building landscaping, but very cool. Definitely recommend the mini bus tour for context.

looking at this history of Bulgari(/BVLGARI) at the library and like, high end designer fine jewellery will never be part of my life personally, due to both $ and having modest Protestant ‘good’ taste, but I surprised myself by enjoying the pieces here in their capacity as design 🧵
