Looks a bit similar to the little guys I saw about a year ago, which I know nothing about taxonomically. Our artificial frog pond was teeming with them for a little while.

Our pool turned into an artificial pond over the pandemic. When we planned to get it back to being a pool, we saw it was teeming with life, especially tadpoles. We turned an old hot tub liner into a tadpole and invertebrates emergency nursery. This is one of my favorite pics from then 😊

It'd been chilly lately, so not a lot of bug outings. We've been relying on spotting our indoor cuddle bugs and love bugs.
