They were only in Poetic Justice for about 2 minutes. They pulled up on Tupac in a car. He talked to them and then we didn’t see them again

One way is to put the band around your ankles and kick your leg backwards, then switch. Also kick your leg out to the side. Both are good to help your glutes!
