Bluesky doesn’t have that endless stream of useless content that my other social media apps do, and once more of my friends make it over here, I’ll be really glad to see posts from them and nothing else. This really is a breath of fresh air.

I highly recommend picking up journaling for helping to regulate your emotions on your own, but also because the next twenty years are going to bring so much change to our world and we need to document our personal growth as much as possible.

Not to be all “Good Vibes Only 😜✌🏻” but reality works like social media algorithms: what you interact with is what will keep showing up for you, and no two feeds are the same.
