I really lose respect for events that don't send rejection emails. Just send an email to let me know that weekend is open for me to look for other events rather than allowing me to sit in limbo until I find out a different friend was accepted so I clearly wasn't... Like you won't hurt my feelings.

My witchcraft controversial hot take is that when you blow out your spell candles you put your intentions into the universe to let the smoke carry it to your guides just like you would incense smoke. It’s silly to go “you blow away the magick!” when its just doing what incense do. 🤷
