This is the one situation in which I think it's ok to pirate books. If I've bought a physical copy of a book I don't feel bad for downloading an ebook or audio copy too, if it means I'll actually read the book. (Especially as my disability makes it hard to hold up physical books sometimes).

I can read multiple fiction books at once, but I can't read multiple books that are too similar? Like, I can only have one high fantasy book on the go at once because I can't keep the world building straight otherwise!

Just checked my storygraph I have 7 books I'm currently reading and 13 books that I've "paused" (started and will come back to at some point but am not actively making an attempt to read them atm).
Also I always have at least one book on the go in each format (print, ebook, audio) so I have Options

I would like to know who tf decided that glass doors on bathrooms were a good idea, and who convinced them to use them on every single bathroom in this house?! What's wrong with wooden doors!!

Found it on z-library, if you're ok with pirating it as possibly the only way to get a copy. Hopefully it'll let you download it without an account, but let me know if you want me to do it for you!

It's an excellent book if you're interested, as are all of Andrew Joseph White's books tbh! YA horror with trans and autistic characters.

I saw a tiktok recently (though it was in America) about not buying fancy beauty products for cheap from tk maxx, as they're often either extremely out of date or the products inside have been diluted down or changed entirely! Idk if this is always true, but it definitely happens so I'd be wary 🤷🏻‍♂️

I used to work at a boarding school and they'd crack out uniforms very similar to these once a year for "Founder's Day", and get a load of kids to wear them to process. They loved it! Don't know how much they'd love wearing them every day though...

Not only the US! It exists in the UK, and can benefit UK indie bookshops, so it's possible (probable?) that other countries use it too! But yes, likely not all of them so still good to be aware.

Have you seen the person on tiktok who's narrating the activities of the construction machines on the building site next to them as an Attenborough style documentary?? Idk if they're on insta or anything

And girls are "women now" as soon as they get their period, even if they're 10.

I've been to an event at a play space that had a setup exactly like that (with seating close around the window for comfy viewing to the bed below). So I vote A in the building of it, but B in the furnishing and choice to put the bed directly underneath it.

Can't believe you didn't have to submit a deed poll to change his name from chonk to chomp!

I was SO excited to see that when he walked out with it on!!!
Though I hate that the new white poppies are paper based, instead of the fabric-esque ones they used to have that last forever (I've used mine for like 10+ years)

By wearing a red one too (idk if he'd do that normally or if he was pressured into it bc you can't go on telly at the start of November without a red poppy)

Diwali was a couple of weeks ago, which explains why it started so early this year!

Not in a pub, only if they're 18 or over. Different laws in restaurants, teens can drink if they're with a parent I think (can't remember the specific age). I'm not a drinker though, so I'm not completely up to date on all the laws!
