I've been thinking and thinking about what I would say, and I think I can sum it up as:

As the vault was opened, the coffins were moved around once again. Including the heaviest, which would took 7 men to lift. The sand was undisturbed.

The Governor ordered that the coffins be buried elsewhere, and the vault has remained open to the curious. They suggest visiting on a full moon.

During the internment of the last coffin, the Govenor had sand sprinkled on the floor of the vault and sealed with concrete and his official seal.

After 9 months, the vault was opened again to check the state of the coffins.

The Chase Vault was built in the early 1800s. Every time someone was interred there, all of the coffins inside the vault would be moved around.

After a few times, the governor decided to perform a test. As no one knew who or what was causing the coffins to move.
