I give up mindful things when I’m stressed. They’re the first things to go, like a thirsty person tipping out glasses of water because they’re in the way. Today, I took a few minutes.

It’s snowy. I’ve a fever and feel shite. I wanted to move around, so I went for a walk around my garden. After that brief walk, I felt like I’d done a day’s work :( But, it is prettier when it snows.
