The U.S. is mirroring a pattern that has happened in authoritarian regimes around the world. When a government erects barriers to reproductive care, it doesn’t just cause death and suffering for women and their families. Such policies are often a first step in the gradual decline of democracies.

We already know the Trump administration has been lying about ICE “targeting the worst of the worst” — the actual numbers tell the truth.

The government’s own data shows only 15 % of those detained had any prior criminal convictions, and just 3 % were violent offenders.

Trump’s pardon for Henry Cuellar is part of a truly ridiculous pro-corruption pattern, spanning both of his terms.

Trump’s pardon for Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar fits a pro-corruption pattern
Trump appears to have a soft spot for politicians accused or convicted of corruption charges, regardless of party.

The Beeb has been a bedrock of free speech since WW2. This is appalling.
Note that the BBC openly admits in an email to me that the removal of this claim about Trump's world-historical corruption was done "on legal advice."

Translation: Trump's threat of a lawsuit, no matter how bogus, has now been rewarded.

1. Take money away from insurance companies.

2. Give that money to the people.

Senate Democrats just lit all that work on fire.

But make sure to blame the *real* villain: Convicted Felon Donald Trump. It was his decision to appeal in the first place.
