Ben Johnson is an absolute fiend at getting even to ordinary concepts in creative ways. Every team on earth runs some variation of a Sail Concept, but would you expect it from a 12-personnel formation with two TEs on the same side, followed up with TE motion + zone blocking left?

Final verdict - Dalman assumed it would be a false start/no play (since they were out of sync on the cadence), then realized "oh shit they never blew the whistle did they" and this happened

So I know everybody here are babies, but those of us old enough to remember know that the last time practices were universally acclaimed for being this physical were first season head coach Lovie Smith's - in 2004, right up until everybody got injured
This is my 13th Bears training camp and today was the most physical practice I've seen — I'm not sure there's a close second. Several scuffles. Hard hitting. Tackles to the ground. Football!
