I’m not 100% sure, but I think that’s just a shitty cut in the drywall. I don’t see any twists in the metal stud or track that would show if the wall was bowed. Though there’s definitely evidence of rodents in the walls nesting in the insulation, which is just as bad.

I just recently applied for my boss’s job since he’s leaving right before xmas. I had the same problem. Couldn’t apply without filling out the application AND uploading a resume. The application is more detailed and goes back farther. The resume just has the highlights I could keep to a page. 🧐🤷‍♂️

We all got up fast, changed clothes, and put the ones we were wearing in the spots we were at when he left and hid in my bedroom. We heard a loud WTF when he came back, but couldn’t keep from laughing our asses off.

So one time while we were living in Wildwood Pool Apts (I think you guys were freshmen or sophomores), we pulled a rapture prank on Russ. Luke, Alden, and I were hanging out in the living room and Russ was heading to the basement to do laundry.

So they furred out the floor joists with some sketchy scrap lumber to get the flooring above the pipe. The second picture is my plumbing fix.

So in the picture on the left, they T’d the water line to go to the toilet. Normally not a big deal. But they ran the T straight up and then added a 90. Now the pipe is above the level of the floor joists.

And it was all done to avoid a 10 minute, $5 plumbing repair.

They can lie about the WiFi all they want, but they just don’t know how to use the product they created
