Went to the No Kings protest in Hillsboro today — the largest such protest yet in a fairly conservative but ethically diverse small town 12 miles west of Portland. It was as cheerful a protest as one could imagine. I also got my library card and deposited my special election ballot.

This was the Hands Off protest in downtown Hillsboro, OR today — I’m glad I went. It was moving to see so many people show up in unity against the coup under way in Washington, D.C.
