Well, exactly. The issue is that the impeachment is just the first part of the process. It's a question of whether there are enough members of the Senate who actually have a spine to convict him. I mean, for God sake… He tried to overthrow the fucking government four years ago and they let him off.

So, in order to impeach him, he has to have broken a specific law with specific evidence. Thus far, that hasn't happened. And I do mean "thus far". I'm positive it will.

But as my old housing director used to remind me when I was an RA "you can't write someone up just for being an asshole."

I have several friends who are federal workers who have been given direct guidance to not respond.

I am just grateful that my granddaughter has had all of her vaccinations. I may have to pay out of pocket for her HPV when the time comes, but it's a small price to pay to keep her safe.
