I can tell you. In Alberta, private health care clinics are staffed by poorly trained immigrant workers who answer every question with “OHHHHH I DUNNO”. The systems are all AI based and useless. The doctors lie to patients and prescribe harmful medication. Should I go on? #ableg #abhealth
