Told my son a while ago that I'd love a Bolt Thrower t-shirt but I wanted an official one, not a knock-off from Printerval. Trouble is they don't sell merch online, only at gigs. It's my birthday today and he's got me a vintage shirt from the 2009 Maryland Deathfest. I dread to think what it cost.

Bit chilly for this morning's run. The fog didn't help much either. Still, it looked beautiful.

Nice run this morning and it was good to get out. Very cold and wet, and I had numb feet by the end, but still enjoyed it.

It's taken me 2 weeks and countless practice attempts but finally, half an hour before I have to leave for the work Christmas party, I finally tied a bow tie. It looks so easy on YouTube but I couldn't get my fingers to work it. It's not the best but it's not a clip-on. Goal achieved

In Malvern today for a tattoo. In keeping with recent poor decision making, it's going to be in the centre of my chest, right on the breast bone. On the plus side, it's a 3 hour session and not a full day so hoping it's better than last time.
