Being "baffled" at obvious causes means those "experts" are in the pay of keeping the status quo & should fuck off back to wherever they became non-experts - i.e. some sort of pro-motoring cabrain group they came from. Hoping things change is not a policy. m.independent.ie/irish-news/s...
