This! A couple years ago I made a resolution to support good journalism - financially. I can’t afford to subscribe for all I’d like so every January I pick a few and subscribe for the year.

And I don’t think general public understands how much money Covid is still costing us.
Also I blame airlines (in Canada and US anyway) for masks being dropped so they only have themselves to blame.

Came here looking for your response. What a shitshow. Can’t believe the same lawyer was behind both issues w the jurors. And as the Crown pointed out they would have presented their case differently if it was a judge only trial from the get go. Brutal.

My 75 yo dad has had 3 knee surgeries in a year (& needs one more) thanks to a bacterial HAI & I’m shocked they also haven’t given him Covid. Yet.
