Vacation is always a good idea.
Here is a perfect leftover meal. Not sure what to call it.
Leftover (or partially used):
Grilled chicken
Kielbasa
Rice
Onion
Jalapeno
Cabbage
Carrots
Celery
Throw in some ginger, garlic, Szechuan sauce, Tiger sauce, and some Bachans.
Delicious way to empty the fridge!

I was REALLY pleased! I don't particularly care for the fruit flavored ones, but my daughter said it was "gas", so that's good enough for me! 😉

Trying some "firecracker" chicken inspired by @HowToBBQRight.
Marinated in @FranksRedHot, brown sugar, garlic and lemon juice. Topped with a some AP seasoning during the cook.
Using a mix of @ROCharcoal briquettes and lump.
Might glaze with a little Scotch Bonnet at the end. 🤞
