Why won't some of our more senior statespeople, like Al Gore or Mitt Romney, or both together, start speaking publicly about the state of our democracy? Someone needs to counter the never-ending attacks coming from the executive branch. Who else could be this generation's #EdwardRMurrow?

Sounds like there will be some US Navy ships that need new names. Since the name changes are needed because the existing names do not conform to Trump's values, may I suggest the following replacement names that most certainly do conform to his values:
The Grift
The Felony
The Fraud
The Lie
The Scam

Is it just me and my immediate circle of friends, or is there an epidemic of women who are done with being married and ready to create their own lives? Done with mansplaining, gaslighting, and being a second class citizen in their own home?

We need to start referring to DOGE as "the unofficial Department of Government Efficiency." Otherwise, we risk fully legitimizing this rump organization.
