This is a collaborative meta-analysis of 4 RCTs reporting findings overall and across pre-specified subgroups. In brief, it shows consistent reduction in bleeding with A/C monotherapy but no major increase in ischemic events.

Ummm....One would hope so, but routine practice data from US, Europe and elsewhere show that pts receive dual therapy far too often without strong reasons.
