Panel 1 is the aforementioned argument about who gets the farmhouse the grandfather owned. No one wants it. “Oh god no, I don't want that abandoned farm.” “Don't look at me, it's been rotting for almost fifty years!” Panel 2 Soph interjects and impulsively says “I’ll take it!” Panel 3 Soph immediately has a panic attack and worries about the logistic issues with owning an abandoned home far from her apartment and job. Panel 4 the other family members agree to give her the farmhouse and say “Yeah I guess that makes enough sense.” “Mhm.” Soph quietly responds “oh boy.”

Commission sheet one outlines the prices for the different sizes of art (bust, half-body, full-body) and the difference between flat color and shading.
