And don’t be fooled by the fact the NH industry runs on a thin profit margin. Ashvin Gandhi and Andrew Olenski’s excellent work shows how NH industry tunnels nearly 70% of its profits and keeps them hidden!!

But none of them finally answer the question, how does one detect price gouging and regulate them..without knowing reference market prices, which, if known, can be used for controls…
