Based on this I think a new bracket that sits below the current B3 is a good idea, to give stronger more telegraphed win conditions a place to live that don't all effectively have to be built as razor sharp combo decks.

My main feedback here is around the creation of another bracket. I would love to see aversion of bracket 3 that excludes 2 card combos. Right now if I want to play any game changer, or a higher power combat based deck, my deck effectively has to be a combo deck or capable of winning on turn 6.
