I have to say I really love the card treatments in #MTGxSpiderMan, and this despite not being an existing Spiderman or comic fan. Really beautifully done. And as always I'm a sucker for any very shiny cardboard, and this Heroic Intervention does not disappoint.

This post was not an attack on red getting good cards. That said, I don't think one can argue that red has had a hard time and has been under powered when these cards exist and red has dominated standard for a year ;)

2025 card design. 2/1 Haste or 3/2 for 2 mana. Spells and abilities can't be countered, damage can't be prevented. Back in my day we paid 2 mana for a vanilla 2/2 and were happy about it 🤣 Also, absolute banger though

Every now and gain I come across a card that I need to read like 5 times to make sure it does what I think it does. ETB removes any permanent, gives your creature lifelink and ward 2. Excuse me what?!
