Had a throughly DTLA day. Spent the morning with friends in the fashion district (saw a cat), got these dumb (affectionate) lil guys I’m gonna turn into earrings, went on a drink crawl, and ended the night at the Alamo Drafthouse watching Wake Up Dead Man.

Felt like 2016 in the best ways.

Google maps that says “turn left after the gas station on the left in 1.1 miles with no street names. Another view of the map, this turn is closer but still no street names. There are two different gas stations on the map on the driver’s left side. The bullet points list of the directions with no names for the streets listed, just turn left and turn right. Feedback for the trip from the user reads “tell me the goddamned street name I’m supposed to turn down now “After the gas station” like a fucking hillbilly grandpa” written in all caps.

The Dodgers version of a Zamboni is the rideable machine that sucks water up from the ground after it rains.

The sky was magnificent leaving the stadium yesterday but tell me why it looks like this cactus is contemplating making bad decisions.

Like to do it right would be a ton of work but I suddenly have a lot of free time on my hands in the evening.

Got to chat with a lot of people about the team, about LA. It’s been hard on a lot of people lately. Today was a lovely bit of joy.
