Does the booze industry in the U.S. ever talk about the drinking age? Seems like an instant expansion of the market would be helpful.

Great read. Rogue was one of the very few U.S. micro/craft breweries that consistently sent beer to Ontario, dealing with the red tape of the time. As such, they had a significant impact on beer drinkers of that era up here as we were able to try a number of those innovative brews.

I thought about this very thing (not realizing cool) when I read the recent Vinepair article about Cantillon. Ontarians never got behind local beers to boost their ratings, at a time when that was a thing. Certain states definitely did which drove local pride.
