Astrophysics version of SciX includes Classic tab. I know it's not exactly the ADS of my graduate school days but I read you ...

Realistically, there will ultimately be 1 platform.
Astronomers are benefiting from the additional content.
Features are designed and tested w/ astronomy first. The role of astrophysics project scientist is to keep reminding the team what astronomy needs & wants, including ADS classic.

#Adsabs libraries are interoperable with #SciX. You should be able to log into your ADS account from the SciX site and have access to everything. You should also be able to go back and forth (I do).

#SciX will maintain your links as well.

#SciX is interested in tagging papers with multiple categories that are helpful to our communities. #USGC planetary features was a demonstration project. #SciX is open to other #SolarSystem bodies. I am working on concepts from the #UAT (Unified Astronomy Thesaurus) at the moment. Talk to the team.

If you would like a demo for yourself or your research group, #SciX project scientists for #astrophysics or #earthscience would be willing to meet with you. SciX is currently without a #planetaryscience project scientist.

#SciX has a proposal search for awarded proposals, which we are matching to papers.

#SciX has a filter for planetary features named in the #USGS Gazetteer of Planetary Nomenclature. We are tagging all the #astronomy and #planetaryscience papers using NER and working on new categories.

#planetaryscience is included in the #SciX #astronomy collection, as it was in #ADSabs. We are working on breaking out a separate collections for planetary science and #heliophysics.

#SciX lets you pick a discipline-specific interface, with some different tools and vocabularies for each community. Your selected discipline should boost more relevant results.

#SciX is where we are doing new development, including discipline specific tools.
SciX default sort is "relevance" rather than date, but you can change that.
