I've read everything by Tana French. I liked some more than others but overall she's a damned good writer. My wife is reading Stuart Neville's "Blood Like Ours" and I get it next. I just finished "The Shadow Murders" by Jussi Adler-Olsen, the 9th of the Dept. Q series. One more to go!

I read the first Alex Cross and was not impressed. I’ve been reading Jussi Adler-Olsen’s Department Q series-on #7. Addictive. Waiting for Stuart Neville’s sequel to Blood Like Mine. I’ve read everything Neville has written. All great.

Cool! Except James Patterson doesn't write his own books. I habituated the LA shop many moons ago when Shelly McArthur ran the place. Met many fine, talented writers there.
