Have to day I did the heavy-lifting (roasting the squash!) the rest was down to @furiousoldtrout.bsky.social I married well.

No parboiling. We had the cavolo in the freezer so just defrosted it & whacked it in the lasagne so it still had a "bite" to it which was a good foil to the soft roasted squash. Sorry, started to sound a bit too foody there. 😅
