This is the type populism that will bring former non-voters to the polls. Progressives should run as a third party, because the leaders of the Democratic party will try everything in their power to keep them off of the party's ticket.

When the last day of the month falls on a Friday, folks on a fixed income receive a government check (SNAP and/or SSI). Supplies are running low, and waiting a day to buy household essentials is not possible. Please choose a different day for the next consumer blackout.

This is going to be so bad for eastern Kentucky where 30% of people receive Medicaid. I worry about my elderly mom who still lives there. Hospitals will have to cut services and the ERs will be overrun.

Senator Andy Kim just went to the USAID building, talked to the security guard there to confirm employees are being barred entry, and then did a press gaggle right there in front to call it out.
