Can anyone believe this woman who was on the BBC LK this morning said we have the Liverpool Pathway for the dying?
The Liverpool Pathway was discontinued in 2014 she was made Secretary of State for Patient safety in 2019 and she didn't know it was discontinued 5 years earlier?
