So uh.. I think I'm successfully growing saffron

Today, I inadvertently discovered I will never grow up.

I'm making my own garland for our tree this year (is 4', verra doable) and I have made color crystals from Rainbow Brite.

I still have two colors to star up.

Another ornament almost done. All that's left is the portion of the world reflecting the Middle East.

And that's only bc I'm not smart enough to figure out how to blend the 3 portions into one, bc the entire world needs hope.

Ornament #1 of the season done! This is stitched on perforated paper, adorned with Mill Hill seeds beads, and backed with felt.

Stitched as the pattern instructed, but the nose shoulda have been done in a red Kreinik #4 braid imo. Maybe one I gift will be extra fly

I need to be convinced to not get this as a stress purchase bc hubs just bought a generator out of our available budget (ie, on vredit) and doesn't get why I'm a smidge piffed...

I spent the last 4yrs training myself to not chew my nails as an anxiety action. It's been a long road to repair the damage I did to my nails and beds.
