Meet my new babies, Gonzo and Sweetums. It's been a long time since I had insane kitty energy in my home. 🤪
Meet Sweetums, a 7 month old, 9 lb. black beauty with yellow eyes, sitting on a green and beige blanket on a conveniently placed footstool. Meet Gonzo, a precious 7 month old, 5 lb. hellion brown tabby, curled up on a blue blanket draped on my couch, with bright orange curtains and a brightly colored quilt hanging behind her. Don't be fooled, she is all sharp spikey bits and crazy ninja skills. Recently caught running with scissors. Proceed with caution.

New indoor black cat meets crazy B+W stray outdoor cat, who has slammed himself against the storm door in daring sneak attack, terrifying the indoor guy. The noises were horrific and hysterical.

I have to say goodbye to my sweet girl Eartha Kitty tomorrow and my heart is breaking. She had the chance for one last time to rest on the deck today and get some sun. She's been with me 15 + years. 💔 #cats

Chipping away at it. Neighbors stop me constantly to say how much they are enjoying watching the space grow. I'm in MO.
My front lawn features a small garden patch with a random chaos of native perrennials and wildflowers, with a small birdbath. I'll keep adding to it til my grass is gone and flowers rule supreme! I am astonished this cone has been up for 3 years and the squirrels havent breached it. They do occasionally climb up to the top and use it like an umbrella. The squirrels happily enjoy all the spilled seeds.
