the UK must be liberated from it’s elder population whose only hobby is getting radicalized in far right forums

The tory Party back on it's familiar old territory that has served it so well in the past, namely welfare and immigration. It knows a section of voters is easily triggered by these issues

Maybe they start shooting each other!
The only thing that gives me room for pause about the path that American is headed down is all the guns we have. I'm not sure how a country collapses when we've got more guns than people.

Starmer continues to remain above the political fray as opposition parties position themselves for the next election. He may have shock in May

Not particularly other than it'll be attacked as too radical by the right wing but that's inevitable. If I'm honest I wish it was Labour putting these policies forward
It’s cool, no worries. Anything in particular you disagree with?

On reflection I probably owe you an apology. Just looked at their policies and there's not much I disagree with.
Oh, interesting. Do you mean wacky like thinking billionaires are bad, and that the government should be fully funded to take care of anyone struggling?
December 8, 2025 at 7:41 PM
No
Wacky? Like thinking war is bad?
Wait for the wacky policies to get some close inspection

The notion that Russia has "kompromat" on Trump seems more real everyday

Cameron bottled the second part of it
Just watched The Hack on Stan, about the News of the World hacking scandal, and the Guardian’s efforts to expose it, leading to the Leveson Inquiry. Quite recent history - amazing how Murdoch’s power was barely dented by the whole affair.

When Zack Polanski said the Greens were here to replace Labour, I was skeptical. I thought it wouldn’t happen.

It’s happening. You can tell because the media and Labour are suddenly rattled.

Britain voted for Blair three times and broke tory dominance, maybe that's why
Remember when Britain voted for Tony Blair? It was twenty years ago, so the public are entitled to ask why the fuck this malicious clown’s opinion on anything is relevant now.

I'm really pleased that the accusations against Farage are quite rightly not going away. He appears very, very rattled and deservedly so.

This is very long overdue.

This guy is awarding himself a fake "peace" prize coerced through quid pro quo with a global sports body, and most of legacy media just shrugs in response and doesn't call into question his mental health. What are we doing here?

Trump increased U.S. military spending to record levels.

He bombed Iran without approval from Congress.

He's launched deadly air strikes on fishing boats in the Caribbean — while presenting no evidence to back up allegations of drug smuggling.

"The peace president."

I don't mindlessly support any party and I'll be sure to avoid your mentions
No, they don't agree with the least popular government on record on this. And you've conveniently ignored all of the other stuff.

If you want to mindlessly support the labour party through their performative cruelty, do it outside of my mentions.

I'm only really up on the first point. I think the BMA have misjudged this in the light of recent big rises and the public appear to agree
You don't think him publicly denouncing the BMA, intervening in things like the existence of trans people, and now the dubious people commissioned for his new report into mental health and neurodiversity diagnoses are alarm bells?

The money he's taken from private medical interests isn't alarming?
