This Agave geminiflora has won the day. Years ago it was 'temporarily' placed along a walkway, never removed from its 3 gallon growers pot. Kept thinking it needed to be properly planted … somewhere. Meanwhile, it made some friends and took root. 🌱 #succulents

Today’s gardening post. This is my very healthy Russian Sage(Perovskia atriplicifolia). If you’re looking for a plant that can take heat and drought, look no further. It can grow to be 3–5 ft tall and 3-5 ft wide. They do self-seed and spread but they are easy to control. #gardeningfeed 🌱🌼🐝

🌱Today’s gardening post. Say hello to one of the hummingbirds that visits me every year. I call her Lola.

🌸 Lola is accustomed to me so she doesn’t fly away when I approach her while she’s feeding on the flowers in my hanging basket. (Apparently, Hummers can recognize human faces.)❤️
