NGL I see Ninja Gaiden 2 and I'm all XD
Can't say much about the redo, but DQ/DW2 being my 1st RPG ever probably kicked off my stubbornness in games. lol So I can see why one had to defend it. After you got the ship, it was pretty much go out to the dangerous world and find your way...and I didn't mind that.
Dragon Quest II going from being one that I had to defend to the HD-2D version being possibly the best game in the series is crazy.

I've shown this to no one until now, but I'm staying with what was said yesterday. Here is Juros' Mum, Mulas. A Spirit Barbarian like Juros. Mulas also has runes in her body, the most prominent being the storm on her back and legs. It is these runes that gave her the title of the Tempest Matriarch.
