Yes. They are going after the provisions of the ACA that required certain health maintenance services/diagnostics to be provided free of charge. Say buh-bye to mammograms, PAP smears, colonoscopies, lab work, yearly exams AND the pre-existing conditions clause. All to benefit private insurance.
