It's true, however given govt is by the people, for the people, why not start organizing our own people's HHS?

Yes. They are going after the provisions of the ACA that required certain health maintenance services/diagnostics to be provided free of charge. Say buh-bye to mammograms, PAP smears, colonoscopies, lab work, yearly exams AND the pre-existing conditions clause. All to benefit private insurance.
