I believe the diabetes and the cancer are <checks dictionary> inextricably connected. The asthma (wheezing) vanished after the breast cancer surgery in 2019. It has never returned. Diabetes marches on. A1C was a scary 7.9 yesterday, highest ever. Doc says an A1C of 9 will mean the need for insulin.

Going for lab work this morning @ 8:20; see oncologist @ 8:40. Don’t know how she’ll react when I tell her I went for a second opinion. Normal anxiety of doctor visit is heightened this morning. Also, normal anxiety of living in Texas is heightened this morning. (See pic of text received yesterday.)
