Sorry Charlotte, you're not going to like the treatment you'll get from Bovino's ICE folks. Get your legal folks and law enforcement personnel on the same page BEFORE the shock troops get there (and that's what they are). Have a strategy and rules of engagement for citizens and city officials.

It seems there are two nonviolent courses of action available:
1) Everyone stay home and leave streets utterly empty;
