Diverse interests - not saying too much for now, I'm mainly going to quietly watch and learn and get a feel for this place. I like what I see so far.
So good to see the beach looking lovely - I was tempted to restart the daily swims after pausing at 600 consecutive days due to the disastrous algal bloom in South Australia. Then friends sent pics of beaches just south from here and, well... Let's just say the swim idea is on hold a little longer.

Started by the water for the 554th day in a row. Usually (like today) I'm at the beach, occasionally by the mighty Murray, or lakeside, or poolside. In SA at this time of year, the cold water stings wherever you are, but as you can see it's absolutely beautiful & my support crew are clearly happy!

You might need a palate cleanser, but I sure do, and just in case you're like me, here you go - my girls are here to make your day a little happier :-)

Despite Clive Palmer spending millions on advertising, incl a saturation campaign of him & Tucker Carlson hamming it up, he didn't win a seat & the coalition lost so no mining bonus.

Sorry you missed it. Here's my snap of the blood moon taken in north of Tasmania last night. It was just popping up over the ferry as I walked to my car after dinner. Apparently it was more red while low on the horizon. Later, when there was light cloud cover, the 'halo' had a red tinge at the edge.
