Manitoba RCMP, via the province, confirm this evening that human remains found last week at Prairie Green landfill belong to Morgan Harris, who was slain by an admitted serial killer.

Now it’s confirmed that the remains found in the landfill, are that of Morgan Harris. My question has always been; if the police knew that her body was there, 3 years ago; why didn’t they search then? At least some closure for the family.
